This guy is awesome for all the reasons you don't think about until after you've been through a few contractors:He charges reasonable (or better) rates.
He is personable.
He shows up consistently and dependably when he's needed. (About a half-hour after the appointed time, but he usually calls to explain why he'll be late.)
He's no-nonsense.
